Policies:

1. Cancellation & ReschedulingCancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.•Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

•Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.

2. Refunds

. Refunds are not available for completed sessions.

. Late Arrivals

•Sessions will begin and end on time as scheduled.

•If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee applies.
